The population of youth we currently serve are very disadvantaged financially. For this reason we do not Charge youth who want to benefit from our services. Therefore we rely on Donations from the public and funraisers to keep our programs running.

Financial funding is needed to support all programs. We currently have 7 paid staff members. And with our current programs including feeding the kids on Fridays and Saturdays we are in need of about $6956.00 each month to keep all of our programs running.
Letters to Oprah: We are asking everyone who can to write a letter to Oprah about our program. We feel what we are doing is something her viewers would love to know about and support. You can get her info at her website www.oprah.com.
We also have the following items on our wish list:
Larger building space, 15 passenger van, school supplies, new clothing all sizes, internships, gift certificates (for food pantry ie walmart, target etc), toys, books, operational euipment, computers, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, snack foods (ie chips, cookies, drinks etc), mentors, volunteers, operational support. Amusment park or show tickets, professional speakers, Music teachers. |
